Individual Psychotherapy
Initial
Consult
A free 15-minute consultation to get a sense for if we are the right fit, discuss your goals, and ask any questions you may have. We might discuss finances, insurance coverage and admin related topics to help you make the right choice. No question is off limits!
Initial
Session
A 50-minute session where I get to know you a little more in-depth. We will discuss what brought you to therapy as well as hear a bit into your life story. Don’t stress - it’s not expected of you to share everything right away and I am here to guide you. Share what you are comfortable with, and I’ll ask questions to get to know you better.
Ongoing
Sessions
Continued 50-minute sessions to work towards your goals, untangle tricky emotions, and work through tough times you are facing. The frequency of sessions and how long we continue to see each other is in your hands - I can give you my opinion, but you decide when it ends.

There is no definitive list of what situation constitutes a traumatic experience - because it is not what happened that defines it, but how you experienced it. Trauma can shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world, and often in ways that once helped us survive but may no longer feel supportive. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can move at your own pace to explore your experiences without pressure or judgment. Together, we work to gently process what has happened, reconnect with your emotions and body, and relearn a sense of safety, trust, and self-compassion.
My approach is grounded in understanding the nervous system and how trauma lives not just in memory, but in emotional and physical responses. I integrate evidence-based, emotion-focused and relational approaches to help you make sense of your experiences, shift patterns that may no longer serve you, and strengthen your sense of agency and resilience. Healing from trauma does not mean forgetting, it means helping your system learn that you are safe now, and supporting you in reclaiming a fuller, more connected version of yourself.

Grief and loss can touch every part of your life including your emotions, relationships, sense of identity, and even your connection to the future. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life transition, or something less visible, your experience deserves care, space, and understanding. In therapy, I offer a supportive environment where you can move through grief at your own pace, without pressure to “move on” or feel differently than you do.
Together, we make space for the complexity of your loss, honouring both the pain and the meaning of what you’ve experienced. I help you process difficult emotions, navigate moments of overwhelm or numbness, and gently reconnect with yourself and your life in ways that feel authentic and supportive. Grief is not something to fix, but something to be witnessed and integrated. My role is to walk alongside you as you find your footing, carry your loss in a new way, and begin to reconnect with hope, meaning, and yourself.

Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring profound emotional, physical, and identity changes. Alongside joy and love, many people also experience overwhelm, anxiety, mood changes, grief, or a sense of losing parts of themselves. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, adjusting to new parenthood, coping with birth experiences, or struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety, you do not have to carry it alone.
In therapy, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space to support you through this transition. Together, we explore your emotional experience, strengthen your sense of self, and help you reconnect with your needs, values, and inner resources. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the nervous system, helping you feel more supported, regulated, and confident as you move through this chapter. You deserve care, understanding, and space for your experience.

Life transitions - whether anticipated or unexpected - can shift your sense of stability, identity, and direction. Even changes that are positive or chosen can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, grief, or a feeling of being untethered. When you’re in the “in-between,” it can be hard to know who you are becoming or what comes next.
In therapy, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can move at your own pace to explore what this transition means for you. Together, we make sense of the emotional and nervous system responses that change can bring, while clarifying your values, strengthening self-trust, and building confidence in your next steps. Rather than rushing to a solution, we focus on helping you feel steady, supported, and more connected to yourself as you navigate this new chapter.
Sudden unforeseen move coming up? Been there. Not sure if the career choice you made is the right one? I know those feelings of guilt, shame, and embarrassment all to well. As someone who has sought therapy for similar reasons - I know how distressing a change can feel.
I work virtually with adults 18+ who are experiencing complex emotions, feeling overwhelmed, navigating life transitions, and unsure of the next step. If you find yourself saying “I’m tired” or “I just want to feel better” - I’ve been there, and am here to support you.
