How do I become a client?

Please create a new client account here: https://aws-portal.owlpractice.ca/gunntherapy/. I will receive a notification about your account and follow up with you to set up a consultation. You can also complete the contact form under the tab “Contact” which will notify me via email, and I can follow-up with you from there. There will be a brief intake form and a consent form to fill out prior to our first Psychotherapy session.

Rates & payment

Individual Psychotherapy sessions are $130.00 for 50 minutes. Couples sessions are $175.00 for 50 minutes and $218.75 for 75 minutes. Payments can be made through e-transfer to holly@gunntherapy.com or by credit card. A credit card is required to be on file in each client account.

What is your cancellation policy?

The current cancellation policy states that appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be charged the full rate, emergencies excluded. No-shows may also be charged the full rate. Should issues with scheduling become a pattern we will have a brief conversation about what’s getting in the way.

Direct billing & insurance

I currently do not direct bill. Most insurance plans cover psychotherapy, please check with your own. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Licence # 19884. I practice under a supervisor, who is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). Their name will be on your receipt if your coverage only includes RPs.
